I removed the W7 homebrew from the creek crossing and relocated it. This time I put it in the middle of a natural spring lined with watercress. Deer love to walk through water and they love watercress. I'm hoping to get some great shots from this location. The pictures show the homebrew on a stick placed in the middle of the spring and the deer trail running through the middle.

Looks like a good spot.

I like the looks of that,I have a similar set up. If you are going to get any of this rain they are calling for this week that might get to be a real mushy area.

It was mushy when I was there yesterday. Glad I was wearing knee boots. It's kinda hard to see but there is a deer trail going right through the middle of the second picture. I'm hoping I have the sensitivity issue figured out. I put the flat part of the white dial on the board at the 6 o'clock position and set the switch to plot. I was leery of putting it on trail.

I'm taking a huge chance leaving the camera there unsecured. My next post will probably be telling everyone it was stolen. It's only a matter of time. I've been too lucky for way too long. This is the first camera I have not locked to a tree.

Nothing spectacular. Could be a good spot for future setups.
